Lamberts Chewable Calcium is a dietary supplement of calcium in combination with vitamin D3 and FOS (fructooligosaccharides) in chewable tablets. Calcium is one of the body’s key minerals. Adequate calcium intake is essential both during development where children’s bone mass is built and later in life, where there is a gradual decomposition of bone mass and a reduction in bone density. Of course it is found in dairy products and some fruits.
